Accounts Receivable Accountant's primary responsibilities :

  • Accounts Receivables

    • Closing of orders

  • Invoicing
  • Collections
  • Working through phases of the orders

    • Specifically engaging with QuickBooks software

  • Customer Service

    • Answering phones

  • Acquiring information beneficial to order entry
  • Warm and welcoming face of the organization

    • Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Accountant :

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 3+ years of A / R experience
  • 3+ years of QuickBooks experience
  • Excellent communication skills
