Medical Director to lead a team of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists Newborn nursery care with NICU support from Neonatologists 24 / 7 on-call coverage round and go model with call from home Pediatric Hospitalists will perform circumcisions Pediatric Consultations : Provide expert Pediatric consultations to the Emergency Department, offering timely assessments, recommendations, and treatment plans for pediatric patients Collaborative Teamwork : Work closely with a team of Pediatric Hospitalists and Neonatologists to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to patients, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) : The ability to participate in CQI initiatives and clinical research projects, contributing to the enhancement of patient care outcomes and best practices Knowledge Exchange : Take advantage of the opportunity to exchange ideas and best practices with a large network of providers, including over 400 NICUs and several thousand providers Not accepting Locums candidates Not accepting visa candidates Not open to commuters and / or those looking for secondary employment Not accepting new graduate candidates - experience required Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
