job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or Cybersecurity, or a minimum 6 years' experience in a related field. 5+ years of experience managing Hybrid Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Exchange Online environments. 5+ years of experience supporting hybrid Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID hybrid environments. 5+ years of experience managing Intune or SCCM. Experience with setting up and co-management between Intune and SCCM for hybrid environments and integration with other M365 services e.g., Microsoft Defender for Endpoints). Experience developing PowerShell or Python scripts for task automation such as Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Management. Hands on experience supporting Proofpoint across email, mobile devices, and cloud applications. Experience with managing endpoint security solutions, preferably Microsoft Defender for Endpoints. Experience in a help desk escalation role supporting over 150 end-users. Experience with issue tracking systems such as JIRA, etc. Information Technology Staffing and Recruiting

Overview
Insight Global is seeking a talented and motivated self-starter with a well-rounded skill set in systems administration, scripting, security, troubleshooting and user support. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in supporting Hybrid Active Directory and Exchange environments, Microsoft Defender for Endpoints, strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
