Position Overview :

As a Business Excellence Manufacturing and Process Engineer, you will gain exposure to various roles and operating processes within a manufacturing facility. The Business Excellence Manufacturing and Process Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, optimizing current processes to improve efficiency, quality and safety, as well as reducing costs.

Responsibilities :

• Supports manufacturing engineering with equipment standards / vendor scorecard development
• Develops and deploys technical standards, training, operating procedures, and maintenance and controls programs for production and technical support on new equipment and automation installations
• Assists with continuous improvement initiatives by partnering with plant engineers, operations personnel and maintenance technicians to optimize processes and improve skills
• Analyzes weekly and monthly process trends
• Assist in the preparation of yearly cost and production budgets
• Provides training for operators and technicians on process and equipment related knowledge
• Establishes and maintains process documentation including WI / FMEA / control plan / process flow / SOP

Qualifications :

Hours, Location and Pay :

We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role works traditional business hours Monday-Friday with off shift and weekend hours as needed to meet business needs at our Little Chute, WI manufacturing facility.
