What Youll Do

• Lead & Inspire Teams : Oversee account managers, operations managers, and maintenance crewsdriving performance, training, and team culture.
• Drive Operational Excellence : Manage scheduling, routing, and workflows to deliver on-time, high-quality service.
• Build Client Relationships : Serve as the trusted point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand services.
• Manage Budgets & Resources : Oversee division budgets, labor, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure Quality & Safety : Uphold high service standards, enforce safety protocols, and conduct site visits to ensure excellence across all accounts.
