Oracle CX Data Architect

Job Description :

We are looking for an Oracle CX Data Architect to start asap on an upcoming project. This is a Revenue transformation project, data loads, data mapping and integration cloud, drive things, data is coming from SF to Oracle so having that knowledge would be beneficial.

The client has a new acquisition and that there were a lot of data objects to migrate - spanning CX, ERP and SCM. We would need someone really technical and who has had hands-on experience, not just from analysis of data, but is also able to do the data mapping and to guide the team .

Job Summary :

The CX Data Architect has expertise in Oracle CX Data Models, Oracle CX tools, and large-scale data conversion for customer experience (CX) applications. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing our CX data architecture, ensuring efficient and effective data conversion, integration, and management across Oracle CX platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about designing data-driven solutions that improve customer interactions and drive business value.

Essential Functions :

• CX Data Architecture Design : Design and implement the overall data architecture strategy for Oracle CX applications (e.g., Oracle CX Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) ensuring
• Data Conversion & Migration : Lead large-scale Oracle CX data conversion projects, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from legacy systems to Oracle CX platforms.
