As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team.

Job Description : As a Quality Control Inspector atCourt's Coasters, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the excellence of our drink coasters. You will be responsible for meticulously inspecting and evaluating the quality of our products to guarantee they meet our high standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly contribute to our reputation for outstanding products.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct thorough inspections of drink coasters throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Identify defects, imperfections, or deviations from quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, defects, and corrective actions taken.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to quality assurance procedures and guidelines.
  • Communicate quality concerns and improvements to relevant departments.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector in a manufacturing environment, preferably related to consumer products.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects or inconsistencies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic computer skills for recording and reporting inspection data.
  • Knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward quality improvement.
