Overview
CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our Technical Services Unit (TSU), providing HR support to the Water Services Group. Reporting to and partnering with the Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, this role will provide strategic HR leadership, driving initiatives aligned with corporate objectives. The Senior HR Business Partner will advise business leaders on talent initiatives, employee relations, compensation, training, and other HR programs and policies that impact the unit's ability to achieve its objectives.

Pay Range Minimum : $77,667
Pay Range Maximum : $128,128
Additional Compensation : All bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position.
