Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the global product strategy and multi-year roadmap across all customer segments

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the SaaS platform from concept to launch to adoption

Recruit, coach, and scale a world-class product management organization

Required Qualifications

12+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in senior or executive leadership roles

Proven success leading SaaS products from concept to market adoption in a high-growth environment

Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences, healthcare, or fintech

Demonstrated ability to scale product organizations globally and manage distributed teams

Strong executive presence and communication skills
