An Innova Solutions Client is immediately hiring for an Application Reliability Manager

Position type : Full-time / Direct Hire

Location : Kansas City, MO – Hybrid – In Office 3 days per week.

ROLE OUTLINE

The Application Reliability Manager leads a Tier 3 application support and enhancement team responsible for a broad portfolio of over 60 internal and customer-facing systems. This role ensures high-quality delivery through agile facilitation, while also mentoring, coaching, and developing a team of employees and contractors. The manager plays a key role in modernizing legacy systems and improving software reliability, performance, and maintainability.

Key Focus Areas

Foundational Experience

This role requires a seasoned technical leader with hands-on experience in software support and development, particularly in Microsoft technologies. Experience in managing technical teams, facilitating agile delivery, and modernizing legacy systems is essential.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range : $125k to $135k / yr plus 12% Bonus tied to company performance.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
