Overview

The Learning Experience - Dedham is seeking an ECE-certified Lead Preschool Teacher to join our childcare team. We're looking for passionate educators who want to inspire young children ages 2.5–4 through play-based learning, creativity, and discovery.

Pay : $23–$24 per hour | Schedule : Full-Time, Monday–Friday | Location : Dedham

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and guide assistant teachers.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and fun classroom environment.
  • Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
  • Communicate with families about children's progress.
  • Partner with leadership to meet classroom and enrollment goals.

Qualifications

  • ECE certification (required).
  • At least 6 months of teaching experience (1+ year preferred).
  • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
  • CPR / First Aid certification (preferred).
