Patient Service Specialist Overview :

As a Patient Service Specialist , you will be the bridge between patients, healthcare providers, and our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Patient Communication : Engage with patients, listen to their concerns, and provide empathetic support. Educate them about dry eye disease and the benefits of our serum tears.
• Physician Collaboration : Collaborate with doctors, ophthalmologists, and optometrists to ensure seamless communication and patient care. Discuss treatment plans and answer any questions they may have.
• Order Processing : Facilitate the ordering process for serum tears. Coordinate blood draws, schedule deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Customer Service Excellence : Deliver exceptional service to patients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
