Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? St. Andrew’s Senior Solutions is seeking a dynamic Client Services Coordinator to enhance our Private Duty and Medicaid Home Care operations.
What You'll Do :
- Coordinate Care : Match caregivers with clients based on individual care needs and ensure seamless staffing and scheduling.
- Support Onboarding : Assist with the onboarding process for new caregivers.
- Manage Communications : Handle office phone calls, perform data entry, and tackle special projects as needed.
- Participate in On-Call Rotation : Be part of our evening and weekend on-call rotation.
What We’re Looking For :
Exceptional Communication Skills : Strong customer service skills both in-person and over the phone.Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Tech Savvy : Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is preferred.
