We are expanding our corporate and organizational partnerships and seek an experienced Corporate Partnership & Business Development Specialist to connect our high-end psychological services with leading firms in finance, law, consulting, medicine, and other high-performance industries.
Position Overview
The Corporate Partnership & Business Development Specialist will design and execute a strategy to form strategic alliances between Greenwich Psychology Group and elite organizations. This role bridges psychology, performance consulting, and corporate wellness, helping firms integrate mental health and resilience programs that align with their culture and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build partnerships with hedge funds, law firms, family offices, and corporate institutions seeking high-end wellness or executive mental health support.
- Develop and pitch tailored partnership proposals, including executive coaching, mental health consulting, and on-site / virtual wellness programs.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to create branded corporate wellness offerings and track outcomes.
- Represent the practice at professional events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Maintain relationships with senior executives, HR leaders, and corporate partners to ensure ongoing engagement and renewal.
- Work with the marketing team to enhance brand positioning for elite corporate clientele.
- Monitor industry trends in mental health, corporate wellness, and leadership development to inform partnership strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.5+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or organizational consulting , ideally within healthcare, wellness, or executive services.Strong understanding of corporate culture in finance, law, or professional services.Exceptional relationship management, presentation, and communication skills.Experience working with luxury or high-net-worth brands is a plus.Genuine interest in mental health, human performance, and organizational well-being.What We Offer
