Position Overview

The Plant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing staff, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure production goals are met.
• Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure quality control standards are upheld throughout the production process.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime.
• Manage inventory levels and oversee packaging operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
