A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will :
Strong communication skills; comfortable connecting with customers by phone, email, in-person, and onsite visitsCustomer-focused with the ability to build lasting client relationshipsOrganized and detail-oriented; able to manage quotes, work orders, and project timelinesConfident being the first point of contact for customers and helping them create impactful signage and graphic solutionsInterest or experience in the signage, graphics, marketing, or visual communications industryProactive in prospecting and developing new business opportunitiesSales-minded and passionate about offering dynamic, customized products that change based on customer needsPrevious experience in customer service, inside sales, marketing, or project management preferredTech-savvy and able to learn order management systems (e.g., CoreBridge)High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business or marketing is a plusIdeal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative :
2–3 years of customer service, retail, counter sales, or inside sales experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in business or marketing is a plus)Strong communication skills; able to engage customers by phone, email, in person, and onsiteOutgoing, customer-focused, and able to build long-term client relationshipsOrganized and detail-oriented; able to manage quotes, work orders, and project timelines accuratelyInterest or experience in signage, graphics, marketing, or visual communicationsTech-savvy and comfortable learning order management systems (e.g., CoreBridge)Able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracyComfortable sitting at a computer and viewing a screen for extended periods (4+ hours)Enthusiastic team player, proactive in supporting business growth and daily operationsDo you enjoy working with people and helping them find creative solutions?
