Responsibilities of the Role
- Oversee multiple fitness studio locations and lead local sales teams
- Own revenue goals, customer experience, and retention metrics
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing managers across locations
- Develop and implement sales processes, operational playbooks, and performance systems
- Use data to assess performance, identify gaps, and optimize results
- Collaborate with corporate teams (marketing, tech, brand) to support studio success
- Participate in hiring and evaluate candidate sales abilities
- Occasionally support weekend events or special projects
The Ideal Candidate
Must be based in Austin, TX5+ years experience in multi-unit fitness, wellness, or hospitality operationsHas successfully managed $5M+ in revenue across locationsStrategic and execution-oriented, with strong leadership abilityPassionate about health and wellnessCompensation
Annual OTE of $150,000, including a $135,000 base salary. Benefits package included.
