This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly-motivated, responsible candidate with a love to travel to be a Remote Virtual Travel Booking Coordinator and join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skillset, a passion for travel, and the ability to work virtually. You will be responsible for researching, presenting and coordinating travel itineraries, managing bookings including flights, hotel bookings, tours and transfers all while offering an exceptional customer experience to your clientele.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and aspirations.
Research destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options to create customized itineraries that reflect each client's unique personality and interests.
Provide researched advice on travel trends, destination highlights, and insider tips to enhance the overall travel experience.
Coordinate bookings for cruises, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services
Stay up-to-date on industry developments, destination developments, and travel regulations to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
Cultivate strong client relationships through personalized communication and detailed follow-up

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus but not required
- Ability and desire to build rapport with clientele
- Good at research and development of travel schedules
- Good work ethic, be able to work independently, self-motivated

- Comfortable with computers and working in a virtual environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must own computer and have internet service

Responsibilities :
Travel Planning : Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements. Create customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.Booking Management : Handle the end-to-end process of booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all reservations.Communication : Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, answer inquiries, and address any concerns. Establish and nurture strong relationships with travel partners.Problem Resolution : Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during travel, such as flight delays, cancellations, or changes to itineraries. Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive experience for clients.Training : Attend live and online training programs and meetings to earn travel industry certifications to gain knowledge and comprehension in booking travel for clientsDocumentation : Manage all travel-related documentation, including tickets, confirmations, and itineraries. Ensure that clients receive all the necessary information before their journey.Travel Trends and Updates : Stay informed about the latest travel trends, regulations, and updates. Provide clients with relevant information and recommendations to enhance their travel experience by email and follow-up by phone to ensure thorough comprehensionSocial Media and Marketing - Utilize the latest trends in social media to attract and obtain clients.Customer Service : Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain a positive reputation.
