A company is looking for an Eligibility Specialist III.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain eligibility and billing for assigned accounts, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Provide customer service and support for enrollment and billing inquiries, resolving issues as they arise
Produce reports and perform reconciliations for audit purposes and to address discrepancies
Required Qualifications
BA / BS degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred, with 5-7 years of relevant experience
Four years of experience as an Eligibility Specialist I & II or equivalent background preferred
Expert knowledge of health care eligibility, billing procedures, and relevant legislation
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work overtime as needed and maintain a HIPAA-compliant workstation
