About the Opportunity
Our client is a fast-growing leader in airway clearance therapy—delivering innovative, patient-focused solutions that improve outcomes and quality of life across the continuum of care. With demand climbing and new regions expanding, they've created a Key Account Manager role covering the East Region (NE, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast).

What You'll Do
- Drive adoption and revenue growth with a $1.3M annual quota , representing breakthrough airway clearance technology trusted by leading providers.
- Build and execute strategic account plans with top IDNs, GPOs, and hospital networks across the East Region.
- Partner with both clinical stakeholders (pulmonologists, respiratory therapists, nurses) and administrative leaders (supply chain, contracting, value analysis) to secure approvals and expand access.
- Deliver clinical education and product training , positioning yourself as a trusted partner to providers and KOLs.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, clinical, and marketing teams to maximize growth opportunities.
- Manage your pipeline with discipline and accuracy—ensuring reliable forecasting and clear visibility into results.
- Travel up to 80% to engage directly with decision makers and drive meaningful adoption.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree (business or related field preferred).5+ years of medical device or capital equipment sales success , consistently exceeding quota.Experience selling into hospitals, IDNs, and GPOs , with proven results navigating VACs and contracting processes.Strong ability to engage both clinical and administrative stakeholders with credibility and confidence.An entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with the discipline to operate independently.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Why This Role?
