Scope of Position : Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Evening Supervisor plays a key role in support planning by collaborating with Case Managers and clients to identify the client's strengths, needs, abilities, and goals. The Evening Supervisor is responsible for educating clients about available community services, assessing their eligibility, and facilitating enrollment in various programs such as public benefits, Veterans services, educational opportunities, volunteerism, and vocational services. This role requires timely and accurate documentation in compliance with agency policies. Additionally, the Evening Supervisor works to maintain and strengthen community involvement by identifying local needs and fostering productive relationships with community resources, groups, and individuals.

Essential Position Functions :

• Responsible for supervising the physical condition of the facility, including but not limited to apartment inspections, conducting quarterly fire drills, overseeing self-preservation drills, and ensuring residents live in a clean and safe environment.
• Provides preventive interventions to individuals to reduce unnecessary decompensation, hospitalizations, and relapses, and clearly documents all contacts and interventions in AWARDS.
• Available 24 / 7 for crisis management related to residents or building issues.
• Ensures the delivery and documentation of client services, including monthly service-linked progress notes, collateral contact notes, monthly summary notes, service / support plans, assessments, and consents.
• Monitors all on-site staff during evening hours and provides direct supervision to the Community Resource Specialist.
• Assists the Program Director and Assistant Director with staff scheduling, meetings, training, and new hire orientation.
• Supports the Program Director and Assistant Director in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, including facilitating appropriate admissions and discharges, maintaining census, incident reporting, and completing required documentation. Also attends internal agency meetings and trainings.
• Assumes all managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Program Director, under the direct supervision of the Assistant Program Director.
• Ensures the monthly group calendar is updated regularly, and collects attendance records and workshop materials for administrative binders.
• Performs other duties consistent with the program's goals and objectives, as assigned by the Program Director, Area Director, AVP, VP, and / or SVP.
