Position Summary
The Life Cycle Consultant (LCC) strengthens client relationships through service and consultation from onboarding to ongoing support. The LCC collaborates with clients, HR teams, and internal departments to provide benefits education, support change management, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting benefits presentations, managing relationships, assisting with onboarding, supporting change management, and providing benefits consulting. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a good understanding of HR practices. Travel within 100 miles is expected 10-15%, possibly up to 60-70%.
Required Qualifications :
