Seasonal Operations Associate - Music City Mall. Base pay range : $12.00 / hr - $15.00 / hr.

Do you like working with your hands and staying active? Do the words "order" and "process" get you excited? Do you enjoy making things happen behind the scenes and seeing your work flourish in a store? This is an early morning position where you will work with the task team to perform functions prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire you will have a defined employment time period, but you may be offered an employment extension or regular position based on your work ethic and availability.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service : You maneuver around the store at a fast pace, assisting customers with questions or requests and ensuring a positive experience.
• Executes pricing and signing : Adjusts ticket prices and signage across the store efficiently.
• Replenish and restock : Works with sales floor peers to pull and prepare merchandise so customers have the styles and sizes they need.
• Receive and unload merchandise : Collaborates with coworkers to unload trucks and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards : Maintains a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
• Online order pick up : Finds and fulfills online orders as needed.
• Merchandise strategy : Executes leadership plans for merchandise placement and maintains merchandising standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Continuous learning : Absorbs new information from peers or training materials on merchandise or processes.
