Overview

This role supports device imaging and repair, inventory management, and asset management using ServiceNow, with warehouse experience. The work environment is fast-paced and may require occasional travel to assist on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

  • Device imaging and troubleshooting of devices for repairs
  • Inventory management including audits / floor walks and assisting in overall inventory control
  • Asset management — upload / update assets in ServiceNow and complete tasks / incidents as required
  • Provide accurate inventory counts for weekly calls
  • Be available to act as a backup in case of emergency, including presenting on calls and providing reports

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Warehouse experience
  • Experience with asset management in ServiceNow
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds (pallet handling)
  • Ability to image / troubleshoot devices for repairs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work independently and proactively, and adapt to changes
  • Must be prepared to meet client-facing requirements if needed, including travel to Whippany for as-needed assistance
