What you will be doing
Skyline College, part of the San Mateo County Community College District (SMCCD), invites applications for the role of Vice President of Administrative Services. Serving as the College’s chief financial and administrative officer, this executive leader plays a pivotal role in advancing Skyline College’s mission of student success, equity, and innovation through strategic oversight of business and administrative operations, financial stewardship, and organizational effectiveness.
As a member of the President’s Cabinet, the Vice President provides visionary leadership in the design, development, and delivery of a comprehensive portfolio of administrative services. These areas include fiscal operations, budget development and control, procurement, facilities management, emergency preparedness, safety and security, and auxiliary services. This leader ensures that Skyline College’s operational infrastructure effectively supports its academic mission and long-term strategic priorities, while also collaborating closely with colleagues across SMCCD.
Anticipated annual salary range : $205,308 – 216,348 depending on experience. Relocation support available.

San Mateo County Community College District’s (SMCCCD) 2024 Annual Security Report (ASR), required by the Clery Act, includes statistics for the previous three years (2021-2023) concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in certain off-campus buildings owned or controlled by SMCCCD; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from SMCCCD. The 2024 Annual Security Report also outlines various campus safety and security policies concerning crime reporting, prevention and response to sexual and gender violence, alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, emergency response and evacuation procedures, and other matters. The Annual Security Report also includes important tips to help every community member remain safe and avoid becoming a victim of crime. The 2024 Annual Security Report is now available on the Public Safety website. The report includes information about criminal activity on our campuses, emergency procedures, and resources.
