Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of site plans from concept through construction
• Modification of drawings based on input from Design Manager and Sr. Designers
• Assist in meetings and preparation of graphics for presentations
• Research and review of local land development regulations for design standards
• Assistance in the design of plans using basic knowledge of water conveyance and retention, utility easements, parking, open space, access / egress points, vehicular circulation, landscape areas, etc.
• Work under the direction of a Design Manager and guidance from Sr. Designers on the Site Planning Team
• Works in a team environment to establish and maintain common schedule goals
