A company is looking for an Administrative Support Associate to provide remote support to a Technical Services team in the New England area.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update monthly reports using Excel, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Assist with enrollment tracking and termination of services for non-renewed policyholders
Support special projects and act as backup for the Innovation Analyst
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of administrative and project coordination experience
Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with PowerPoint and SharePoint preferred
Insurance industry experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High level of integrity and professionalism
