La Baguette Magique is seeking seasonal bakers to join our team for the busy holiday season.

We’re a small, hands-on bakery built on local sourcing and craftsmanship.

We’re looking for someone who values precision, consistency, and the opportunity to grow in their craft.

Position : Seasonal Baker

Location : Downtown West Chester, PA

Hours : Early mornings, 3–5 days per week (including weekends)

Duration : October–December (with potential for extension)

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily pastry production, including mixing, shaping, and baking
• Support preparation for holiday menus and special orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Work closely with a small, experienced team
