Digital Marketing Specialist
to drive our online visibility, lead generation, and caregiver recruitment through data-driven digital campaigns.
Responsibilities
Manage
Facebook, Google Business, and LinkedIn
content and advertising.
Develop and execute
email marketing
campaigns for clients and caregivers.
Plan and optimize
Google Ads
and
Facebook Ads
with a focus on conversions.
Improve
SEO performance
across all service areas.
Track analytics - impressions, clicks, calls, CPL - and report ROI metrics.
Collaborate with field marketers to highlight community events and success stories online.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure accurate online listings.
Qualifications
2 + years of experience in digital marketing, content, or social media management.
Proficiency in
Google Ads, Facebook Business Suite, LinkedIn Pages, Canva, and Mailchimp .
Strong writing skills and an eye for visual design.
Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
Passionate about mission-driven marketing and community impact.

Compensation : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
