About This Role : We're looking for an Operations Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will partner with the customer success and operations team to ensure a smooth patient experience at all Novir vaccination clinics.

You Will Support Pre-Clinic Efforts Through :

• Verify insurance and document in TRACK
• Determine vaccination eligibility and update in update TRACK
• Support CSS by ensuring patient consents and registration in TRACK are complete
• Update clinic project planner to reflect completed tasks
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Assist the Clinical Onsite Supervisor / Manager with monthly clinical supply inventory to maintain par levels of supplies
• Ensure disposal of biohazardous waste (sharps containers)
