Essential Duties And Responsibilities - this is not an all-inclusive list :

• Provide superior customer service to Field Leadership and / or Clients
• Effectively manage a large volume of emails daily
• Monitor and address general emails received regarding assigned job duties in a timely fashion
• Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets and other documents using G-Suite products (Google Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Complete assigned reports in a timely manner

Qualifications :

This is an entry level position.

Physical Demands : This is an office position which requires the use of basic office equipment, including computer, telephone and related equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
