Business Performance Analyst II
Airbus is looking for a Business Performance Analyst II to join the Engineering Team in Mobile, Alabama. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of team and project objectives for the Cabin and Upgrades Engineering organization. You will establish and recognize project management skills, concepts, and methods to determine project performance and present recommendations and updates to team members and leaders as necessary.

The Engineering Center in Mobile, Alabama houses hundreds of Airbus engineers who assist in the design and development of Airbus commercial aircraft cabins, including aftermarket upgrades, reconfigurations and services of all product types across the globe.
Your Challenges :
Project Management : 75%
- Responsible for simple to routine projects and providing support to teams requiring special skills, knowledge or assistance with project tools.
- Collects and supplies data and performs analyses independently to measure key performance indicators.
- Develops and maintains data, contacts and supports evaluation of external suppliers and internal resources.
- Applies knowledge to ensure effective reporting and analyses of business performance status and to serve as a resource to other team members.
Communication : 20%
Effectively communicates issues, solutions, ideas, and status of current work inside the work group.Prepares routine business performance status reports and special reports that communicate team progress.Additional Responsibilities : 5%
Identify and support local improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency through process, methods and tools improvements.Your Boarding Pass :
Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science or EngineeringMinimum three (3) years experience including business performance measurements and analytical work including costs, designs, resource allocation and interfacing with internal / external parties to achieve common goals.Strong computer skills background, including MS Excel and Google Suite application experience (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)Capable of creating and delivering documents and presentations with minimal guidance.5% Domestic and International travel expectation.Must be able to work in the US without current or future need for visa sponsorship.Preferred Knowledge, Skills :
