We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help expand our presence in the San Diego market.
Position Summary :
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales and a strong understanding of the real estate industry. A California real estate license is highly preferred. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter who thrives in building relationships and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and grow escrow business by building relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, and other industry professionals.
- Conduct regular in-person sales calls and networking meetings to generate new business opportunities.
- Leverage social media platforms and digital tools to maintain visibility and engage with clients and prospects.
- Plan and host industry events, mixers, and educational sessions to strengthen relationships and promote our services.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals as established by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM software.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Cal Pacific Escrow, ensuring professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
Qualifications :
Sales Experience : 2+ years of successful outside sales experience required. Real estate sales experience strongly preferred.Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with escrow, title, mortgage, or real estate transactions is a must!License : A California Real Estate License is highly preferred (or ability to obtain one).Communication : Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.Tech Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and social media marketing.Self-Motivated : Must be a proactive, goal-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Flexibility : Willingness to attend after-hours networking events and adapt to a non-traditional schedule.Education : High school diploma required; college degree preferred.What We Offer :
