Account Payable Specialist

Location : Rockville, MD Duration : 12 months

As a Clerical Representative, you will be responsible for performing a variety of advanced clerical and secretarial duties that require sound judgment and initiative in non-routine situations. This role includes administrative support, customer interaction, and handling financial transactions or records.

Key responsibilities include :

• Performing advanced clerical and secretarial functions with minimal supervision.
• Managing customer interactions in person and over the phone.
• Handling bookkeeping and clerical accounting operations.
• Operating various office machines and equipment.
• Receiving and processing payments, balancing accounts, and preparing daily financial reports.
• Supporting departmental operations and completing miscellaneous duties as assigned.
