Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain dealer relationships to drive loan volume and market growth
Onboard new dealer partners and deliver training to enhance sales performance
Analyze performance metrics and market conditions to develop proactive strategies
Required Qualifications
High School degree required; College degree preferred
5+ years of outside sales experience in indirect auto or similar
Proven experience in relationship building and driving production in a territory
Ability to present effectively to key stakeholders within a dealership
Must be located in the Milwaukee, WI area or willing to relocate
