Project Management Coordinator

The Project Management Coordinator HR Shared Services Governance supports the strategic and operational execution of HR initiatives across the Global HR Shared Services function. This role ensures governance standards are upheld, facilitates project tracking and reporting, and enables cross-functional collaboration to drive consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement in HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and support governance-related HR projects, including process improvement, compliance, and technology implementations.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and dashboards to ensure visibility and accountability across initiatives.
• Facilitate governance meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Track progress against project milestones and escalate risks or delays to leadership.
• Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Collaborate with HR functional leads, Shared Services teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and execution.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for leadership and governance forums.
• Monitor adherence to governance frameworks, policies, and controls.
• Contribute to change management and communication efforts related to HR projects.
