Addison Group is seeking a Temporary Receptionist on behalf of our client. These assignments vary in duration, ranging from 1 day to 6 months or longer, providing flexibility and the chance to gain diverse experience.

Job Description :

We are looking for a professional and adaptable receptionist to assist with front desk operations. The ideal candidate will create a positive first impression while ensuring efficient daily office functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet visitors and clients warmly and assist with inquiries.
• Manage phone lines, including transferring calls and relaying accurate messages.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as package deliveries.
• Keep the reception area neat, organized, and presentable.
• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Collaborate with team members to complete additional tasks as assigned.
