In this technical role, you will be part of a silicon design group responsible for system integration, bringup and characterization of state-of-the-art wireless SoC products from conception to production.

Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Lead PHY hardware validation efforts on emulation and FPGA platforms
• Develop and maintain Python / Matlab based Pre / Post-silicon validation and debug environments
• Design and implement optimal calibration algorithms in Python / Matlab simulation environment, simulate and benchmark performance
• Implement on-chip calibration algorithms with HW / SW constraints for factory tuning and real-time operation
• Bringup, validate, and tune Phy / Radio systems on emulation, simulation and real silicon platforms to achieve optimal performance
• Work alongside PHY, MAC, FW, RFIC and digital circuit designers on efficient implementation of DSP algorithms
• Develop and implement test plans, collect and analyze test results, identify and debug issues

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $171,600 and $302,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
