Job Title : Warehouse Manager

Reports to : Branch Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary :

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, receiving inventory, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and safe material handling in an HVAC wholesale distribution environment. This role involves leading a team, optimizing workflow, and maintaining compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The Warehouse Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HVAC equipment and parts to customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Warehouse Operations Management : Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of HVAC products to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Inventory Control : Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts, and minimize discrepancies through proper tracking and reporting.
• Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity, team engagement, and adherence to company policies.
• Safety & Compliance : Enforce safety procedures, conduct routine inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Process Improvement : Identify areas for operational efficiency, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes.
• Equipment & Facility Maintenance : Ensure proper operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and racking systems.
• Collaboration : Work closely with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to meet customer demands and enhance service levels.
• Reporting : Generate reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and operational metrics for management review.
