Responsibilities
Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans for compliance and quality assurance.
Monitor patient responses to therapy and report any adverse effects.
Engage in performance measurement and goal setting to achieve targets.
Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient treatment outcomes.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in radiation therapy.
Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as necessary.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment processes and expectations.
Utilize advanced technology and equipment for radiation therapy procedures.
Contribute to a positive team environment focused on shared success.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in radiation therapy.
Experience / Qualifications
Valid certification in radiation therapy from an accredited program.
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in radiation therapy.
Proven experience in administering radiation therapy treatments.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to industry trends and advancements.
Strong communication skills to explain treatment processes to patients.
Ability to monitor and report patient responses to therapy effectively.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
