Responsibilities :

• Design, install, and configure campus network switches, routers, wireless access points, and related equipment.
• Work on trouble tickets to resolve end-user network problems.
• Allocate and assign campus-wide network IP address space.
• Perform backup and recovery of campus network infrastructure configurations.
• Administer network infrastructure in a 24 / 7 environment, including software and firmware updates, security patches.
• Produce documentation for network designs, processes, configurations, and diagrams.
• Automate network tasks using management tools and scripting.
• Collaborate with hardware and software vendors to resolve issues, submitting support tickets as needed.
