About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic SVP, Account Group Director to be a driving force in our healthcare marketing initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional with a robust background in various therapeutic areas, who can align strategic and tactical approaches across multiple brands with our client and corporate vision. You will play a crucial role in business development and will establish a strong rapport with clients to foster new ideas and opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a commanding professional presence, and the ability to effectively manage multiple account teams while ensuring high-quality deliverables. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a graduate degree in marketing and management being preferred. You should have at least 10 years of experience in the advertising industry, including a minimum of 3.5 - 4.5 years in a VP, Account Director role at an agency, along with 8 - 10 years in pharmaceutical marketing or project management.
This role demands a professional who excels at multitasking, works well under pressure, and consistently meets deadlines. You will be required to travel up to 50% of the time and should be prepared to go above and beyond your job description to support your team and the work. We are seeking a leader who is not only a subject matter expert but also a mentor with a passion for continuous learning and development.
