Responsibilities

Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and corporate law, including transactions involving alternative entities.Strong understanding of Delaware corporate law and governance issues.Proven ability to handle complex legal matters in a fast-paced environment.Excellent analytical, communication, and drafting skills.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Education
J.D. from an accredited law school.
