Overview Principal Brand Creative Agent — Currently hiring top creative contract & freelance talent for disruptive brands

We\'re hiring for a major (and very cool) fintech brand based in SF. This is a hybrid role in FiDi, with a 4x onsite schedule (1x remote).

Responsibilities Lead and guide a small team of creatives.

Contribute hands-on design work as an Art Director or Design Leader.

Work on growth / performance initiatives including campaigns, paid media, social, etc.

Qualifications Experience (in-house or agency) as an Art Director or held Art Director or Design Leadership roles in the past.

Willing to be hands-on.

Experience leading a small team of creatives.

Experience with growth / performance initiatives (campaigns, paid media, social).

Compensation Base pay range : $75.00 / hr - $85.00 / hr

Pay : $75-$85 / hr (w2) + benefits (health / dental / vision / 401k / PTO)

Employment type Contract (with very high potential to convert to full-time)
