Creative Strategy Director at Quince. The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading creative strategy for high-growth, direct-to-consumer brands, ideally in the elevated or luxury space. They pair sharp creative instincts with a performance mindset—writing briefs, driving content strategy across channels, and guiding a small, high-caliber team to consistently deliver high-performing ads. They know how to turn insights into concepts that scale without compromising taste.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership

Manage and mentor a team of creative strategists, graphic designers, and video editors, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team's growth and overall success.

Ensure that all design work reflects the brand's identity, style, and tone consistently.

Serve as the singular Marketing liaison with GM, Merch, Inventory, Sourcing for assigned pods.

Build and utilize data-driven insights and performance metrics to refine design elements for continuous improvement.

Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and graphic design.

Partner with the Influencer team to refine shoot briefs for use in UGC testimonial videos.

Pay Range : $153,300—$184,546 USD
