Position Summary :

The Commercial Insurance Account Manager is responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely renewals, handling policy changes, and supporting Producers in delivering comprehensive insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Service & Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client service needs. Respond promptly to client inquiries, policy changes, and coverage questions. Maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Policy Management & Renewals : Gather renewal information from clients and obtain loss runs from carriers. Prepare and submit renewal applications and specifications to markets. Collaborate with Producers to review carrier quotes and develop renewal strategies. Create and present professional renewal proposals to clients.
• Documentation & Compliance : Ensure timely issuance and delivery of binders, certificates of insurance, and vehicle ID cards. Review policies for accuracy and request corrections as needed. Prepare insurance summaries and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
• Billing & Invoicing : Accurately invoice new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits. Monitor billing discrepancies and resolve issues in coordination with accounting.
• Marketing & Carrier Relations : Assist Producers with marketing strategies and carrier negotiations. Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers to support account placement and servicing.
