Temporary Ar / Collections Associate

Salary : $22 - $23 / hour

Addison Group's client is searching for a temporary AR / Collections associate. This role is on-site paying $22-23 / hr.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor accounts and follow up with customers on overdue invoices
• Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
• Apply payments to customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Generate aging reports and track collection activities
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve issues
• Maintain documentation of collection efforts
• Prepare reports for management on AR status and trends
