Compensation : $75,000 - $105,000

Key Responsibilities

Support accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to leadership and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with GAAP and all relevant regulatory requirements

Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional growth and development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3+ years of progressive accounting experience

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
