5+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industriesProven success managing financial resultsHands-on experience in fast-paced, high-volume environmentsMulti-unit leadership experience or proven performance as a Captain D’s OperatorAbility to mentor and train teamsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsEffective communication and response skillsAbility to manage multiple tasksPrimary Duties :

Minimum 18 years of ageBackground Check and Valid Driver's LicenseHigh school degree or equivalentPhysical / Mental Requirements :
