Key Responsibilities
Handle calls from financial institutions in a friendly, resolution-oriented manner
Work on help desk tickets by responding quickly and prioritizing issues to solve user problems
Identify trends among tickets to determine root causes and collaborate with internal teams for resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
Experience in a technical / software support role with customer interaction
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with constant prioritization
